SECTION 1       Elected Officers:

The members of LTDCC shall elect its body a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Sergeant at Arms.

SECTION 2       Election of Officers:

Nominations for all officers shall be conducted in the fall and voted on by paper, electronic means or at the regular scheduled Club meeting of LTDCC. Any active full member in good standing for a period of at least one (1) year may nominate him/herself or another full member in good standing by completing the Officers Nomination Form and submitting it to the Secretary. When nominations are completed, the full members in attendance at the Club meeting will vote and those voted into office will take the position July 1st of that year. Each office shall be for a one (1) year term. There is no set number of terms an officer can hold a particular office. The present officers can remain in office for an additional one (1) year term only if the present full members vote for no change of elected officers.

SECTION 3       Eligibility Requirement for Elected Officers:

All officers must be an active full member in good standing in the Club for at least one (1) year. No member shall hold more than one (1) office at a time except in an emergency situation. All officers must attend 50% of regularly scheduled meetings and events for a year
